Simpler is not possible:
Phd offers Tachoman, managing data from all drivercards and saves these for later use in the company. Tachoman is webbased.
The driver may upload his card, as often as he wishes, to Tachoman. It is simple and secure. Data is not erased from the card. A smartcard reader, pc and (mobile) internet line are all that is required. (GPRS for example).
Tachoman manages your data and presents these data in a format suited to your information needs, just log onto the system and retrieve the data.
Tachoman manages both driver- and vehicle data, regardless of which supplier or type of hardware you are already using.
